The relationship between industry transfer and innovation performance: The moderation role of knowledge potential

Abstract

This paper constructs a mediated moderation model of the relationship between industry transfer as independent variable and innovation performance as dependent variable, with network structure as intermediary variable and knowledge potential as moderating variable. Based on the sample data of 289 enterprises, this paper used the stepwise regression method to research the mediated moderation model empirically. The results indicate that industry transfer has a positive effect on promoting enterprise innovation performance in less developed regions. This impact is moderated by width and depth of knowledge potential and at the same time network structure conveys their effects.
