The benefits include reducing the speed to avoid collisions with the other vehicles in the queue. Abstract

This paper details the design and implementation of a WiFi enabled RFID system for the convenience and safe driving of vehicles. The speed of the vehicle is controllable from sign posts along the highway or near toll booths or any other controls on the high way. Toll charges can be paid automatically without stopping but with necessary slowing down. If driver violates the traffic rules, amount can be deducted by the RFID Reader.
