The research population consists of the employees at the wood-based board production facility of the company, which is a global power in the national and international arena and 153 people participated in this study. However, 143 questionnaire evaluations were received. SPSS 15.0 and AMOS 22.0 programs were used in the analysis of the data. As a result of the study, it was found that the dimensions of team and systems and supportive leadership, which are the dimensions of the learning organization scale, have a significant and positive effect on the dimension of trust in the organization. Also, the supportive leadership dimension affects the dimension of trust in the manager significantly and positively.
