Abstract

: In this study, the effect of learning organization dimensions (continuous learning, dialogue and learning, teams and systems, and supportive leadership) on organizational trust dimensions (trust in manager, trust in colleagues and trust in the organization) was investigated with the help of structural equation modeling.
