Abstract

This study deals with the issue of renewal the registration of a trademark based on the fact that the trademark ends with the expiry of a period of ten years from the date of registration in accordance with Jordanian legislation, so, it can be renewed for a similar periods, in which the trademark remains in effect as long as the renewal was made within the time specified by the law.
