Abstract

This paper presents a novel design of an antenna with an array of slots, radiating circularly polarized conical beam. The structure of the antenna is simple and suitable for mass production. The radiation characteristics such as radiation pattern and directivity are found to be conical beam radiation, which is omni-directional in the circumferential direction.
