Abstract

The article examines issues related to the civil protection of the population of Poland in peacetime after 2007, when a new law on crisis management was adopted. The article starts with an overview of basic requirements set for civil protection in Poland in peacetime. It looks further at the current state of the legal framework, organisation and resources for such civil protection.
