Afterward, it conducts a business process gap analysis. Data collection utilizes a planned interview method by means of questionnaires to respondents which later is presented in enclosed answers. The scale of measurement in these questionnaires employs a Likert scale, while the percentage of each question is calculated in the software of Microsoft Excel. Findings show that of 100% information technology services and business architecture information systems targetted, only 40% of STMIK Pontianak Information Technology (IT) services have been computerized. Continuous improvement in an organization, particularly one which offers various types of services, cannot be separated from the presence of new technology.
