Abstract

According to the shape and electrical parameters of common karst and fractured zone, this paper established a number of karst cave model with different filler and fractured zone model with different degree of crushing. Numerical simulations of radar wave propagation in different models have been conducted, using the finite difference time domain (FDTD) simulation method with the perfectly matched layer (PML) absorbing boundary conditions for these attenuation models.
