Abstract

As the most stringent and effective food quality assurance system, the hazard analysis and critical control point (HACCP) system is widely valued by global food companies. Foreign research shows that the motivation of adopting HACCP in the enterprise will affect its implementation effect of the quality assurance system. 企业采用HACCP的动机及影响因素分析
