Abstract

The increasingly use of e-learning in educational and organizational environments, places the issue of the evaluation of its elements as important. Various frameworks are generally used to evaluate such an environment. Some focus on the whole components and their interoperations while the others consider each component separately. Although the existing frameworks evaluate various components of e-learning environment, they suffer from deficiencies that make them not generic enough to cover all the necessary dimensions within the e-learning environment.
