Evaluation and research of container harbors competitiveness based on evaluation method of discrete mutation — Topsis matter element

Abstract

With the development of comprehensive transportation system, the competition among various harbors becomes more intense. The paper proposes the evaluation method of container harbor's competition based on the discrete mutation - topsis matter element and establishes a model against the actual harbor's presentation and gives a solution. By using this method to build the port competitiveness evaluation method which serves as reference for the objective a proper understanding and evaluation of port competitiveness, the port can find out the weak links and promote its improvement correspondingly.
