Abstract

Standard dental implant planntng strategy consuls of a prosthesis simulation on diagnostic casts and radiographs ezamination of anatomical structures. The clinician reports the planned trajecto y on surgical site with nanual accuracy and without encoded parameter. We have developed a computer assisted technique that makes possible first, a 9D simulation for implant placement in bone, and second, an actual placement of the planned implant.
