Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is 1) To know and describe about organizational culture, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, work discipline and performance of personnel, 2) To find out whether organizational culture, Organizational Citizenship Behavior and work discipline simultaneously affect the performance of personnel, 3) To find out whether the organizational culture, Organizational Citizenship Behavior and work discipline partial effect on the performance of personnel, 4) To find out which variables among organizational culture, Organizational Citizenship Behavior and work discipline have a dominant influence on the performance of personnel. 本研究的目的是:1)了解和描述组织文化、组织公民行为、工作纪律和员工绩效;2)了解组织文化、组织公民行为和工作纪律是否同时影响员工绩效;3)了解组织文化、组织公民行为和工作纪律是否对员工绩效有部分影响。4)找出组织文化、组织公民行为和工作纪律中哪些变量对员工绩效有主导影响。研究结果表明:综合前人的研究成果和本研究的分析讨论结果,可以得出结论:组织文化、组织公民行为和工作纪律对员工绩效的提升同时具有显著影响和非常显著的作用。组织文化、组织公民行为和纪律工作对人员绩效的提高有部分显著和显著的影响。组织公民行为变量对提高帕梅卡桑警察人员绩效具有主导影响。关键词:组织文化(X1)、组织公民行为(X2)、员工纪律(X3)、绩效人员(Y)
