Abstract

. China has paid more and more attention to the issue of "Chinese Culture: The "Going Out" Strategy". The strategy has become the top-level strategy of China. 基于YouTube的中国文化国际传播效应研究
。中国越来越关注“中国文化:走出去战略”的问题。该战略已成为中国的顶层战略。推进文化传播对于提升中国的国际影响力和国际话语权具有重要意义。本研究基于国际社交媒体数据构建了显示中国文化国际传播效果的数据指标。本研究从受众认知、态度、行为三个阶段的传播效果出发,使用Python对YouTube视频进行获取、处理和分析,并对数据进行审核,构建三层文化的共识指数。结果表明,中国文化价值观的共识度呈逐年上升趋势,但不同层次的共识度指数趋势存在差异。
