The results of optical absorption spectra recorded in the wavelength range 400 - 700 nm, the band gap value is calculated to be ~ 2.57 eV. Abstract

Highly transparent nano-sized ZnxCd1-xS thin films have been prepared by chemical bath deposition (CBD) technique.
