However, due to the uncertainty of speed error, it cannot be calculated accurately. In this paper, a new probability model for the analysis of the influence of speed error on Doppler parameters is proposed. Firstly, in order to estimate the speed error, a probability model with a normal distribution is first constructed. Then a system is proposed to calculate Doppler parameters. The input of the system is the speed error and the output of the system is the error of Doppler parameters. The response of the system is the relationship between the speed parameter and Doppler parameters.
