Abstract

The complexity of construction engineering and the difficulty of construction technology in our country had increased, relying on the traditional two-dimensional drawings had been unable to meet the construction process of quality management needs. 集成管道智能化BIM设计模型到精细BIM施工模型的转换方法
我国建筑工程的复杂性和施工技术难度不断增加,依靠传统的二维图纸已经不能满足施工过程质量管理的需要。此外,由于设计和施工过程的分离,施工的发生改变了参与单位的交叉施工,存在大量的信息传递和协调问题,导致施工管理效率低下。应用BIM技术以三维模型为载体,实施全生命周期施工,从而实现了可行的解决方案,对设计和施工过程进行多重协调、冲突检测、进度优化、安全管理,但一体化的管道BIM设计模型不能满足施工精度要求,且信息量较低。因此,本文提出了一种将BIM设计模型智能转换为精细BIM施工模型的方法,并对BIM信息进行标准化,实现BIM技术在建设项目全生命周期的应用和有效的施工指导。
