Object of a criminal offense

Abstract

The article has been prepared for publication in the “Encyclopedia of Modern Ukraine” and is published in this journal for review and discussion. It is determined that the object of the criminal offense as an element of corpus delicti includes the object as a sign of the corpus delicti, the thing-object and the victim. The provisions on the object as a sign of the corpus delicti are detailed.
