The results show that the comprehensive evaluation results of the regional water-saving irrigation development level in Sichuan Province are in a poor level. Abstract

It is of great practical significance to evaluate the development level of water-saving irrigation objectively and rationally for promoting the utilization of water resources and the development of water-saving irrigation.
