Abstract
The optical properties for polymer stabilized cholesteric liquid crystals (CLCs) by different UV irradiation conditions are investigated by the spectroscopic measurements at various temperatures. The experimental results show that the bandwidth of selective transmittance spectra in CLCs varies with the increase of temperature depending on the wavelength of light source and illumination conditions for polymerization.
