Abstract

The article deals with the actual problem connected with the control of the generator power for the purpose of stabilization, depending on the load modes. A device is proposed that allows, on a running engine of diesel generator sets, by changing the degree of the fuel pump camshaft uneven rotation, to improve the engine operation and, to increase the torque on the generator at partial load modes, which is also relevant for transport electromechanical installations. The developed calculation method for this device is presented.
