Abstract

Aiming at the operation safety of city gas polyethylene pipeline, this paper proposes a semi-quantitative risk evaluation technique to determine the possibility of risk failure and severity of consequence of PE gas pipeline. According to the basic procedure of semi-quantitative risk assessment, the failure probability and failure consequence of buried pipeline are analysed, and the safety risk level of each location of pipeline is evaluated comprehensively. The application of semi-quantitative risk assessment technology to gas polyethylene pipeline in a city in China shows that this technology can realize scientific management of pipeline according to risk level and further reduce the possibility of failure, so as to ensure safe, economical and reasonable operation of pipeline.
风险评估技术在居民区PE燃气管道系统中的应用
针对城市燃气聚乙烯管道运行安全问题,提出了一种半定量风险评价技术,以确定PE燃气管道风险失效的可能性和后果的严重程度。根据半定量风险评价的基本程序,分析了埋地管道的失效概率和失效后果,综合评价了管道各位置的安全风险等级。半定量风险评估技术在国内某城市气体聚乙烯管道中的应用表明,该技术可实现对管道按风险等级进行科学管理,进一步降低管道故障发生的可能性,确保管道安全、经济、合理运行。
