PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN, KERJASAMA TIM DAN KOMUNIKASI TERHADAP MOTIVASI KERJA DI PT. BSP CABANG AIR MURING

Abstract

This study aims 1) To determine whether there is an influence of leadership style on work motivation at PT. BSP Air Muring Branch? 2) To find out whether there is an effect of teamwork on work motivation at PT. BSP Air Muring Branch? 3) To find out whether there is an effect of employee communication on work motivation at PT. BSP Air Muring Branch? 4) To find out whether there is an influence of leadership style, teamwork and employee communication on work motivation at PT. BSP Air Muring Branch?. This type of research is a quantitative approach. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The population in this study were all employees at PT. BSP Air Muring Branch has 400 employees. a sample of 90 people PT. BSP Air Muring Branch. Based on the results of research on leadership style  has an effect on employee motivation,  Teamwork  affects work motivation and Communication has an effect on work motivation.  Leadership style, teamwork and communication together affect employee work motivation.
