Inter-vehicle communication technology has been enabled to upgrade the security of the passengers in the vehicle to overcome problems. Using this technology, the vehicle operators can send and receive safety alter-sounds or messages. These messages are transmitted using Li-Fi technology, and those messages are displayed on the LCD. We use an LED panel to send the data and a photodetector at the receiving end to receive the data.
