In addition, the shift towards digital meetings and even work have started before the CoVid-19 Pandemic due to different factors. Due to the restrictions imposed, even more businesses have moved to the online environment. Furthermore, even events have switched to online events. Abstract

Organizations appeal to job fairs in order to be connected with potential future employees.
