Human basics needs are food, shelter and security so role of the state is very important because it provide all the necessary things and make the rational decisions for the welfare of the people. This is the trust of people on state that they Feel safe from the physical threats for example foreign invasion and physical violence or sickness which is a basic human need that people share as individual but also collectively. People also seek security of their property, jobs, wealth, culture, religion, environment and so forth.
