Abstract

The problem of the scattering of SH waves by a circular inclusion in the two-dimensional inhomogeneous medium is discussed in this paper. Based on the conformal mapping technique, the Helmholtz equation with variable coefficients is transferred into its standard form. Besides, the dynamic response is calculated and discussed. Numerical results present that DSCF is influenced by wave number and inhomogeneous parameter.
