Abstract

Today, we need to precisely know permittivity and permeability value of any kind of material in many domains. We know that temperature has a specific impact on behavior of material. Especially on radio frequencies and microwave applications like biomedical, aeronautics… Furthermore, moisture content in a material has a significant impact. Due to the important variation of temperature in many countries characterization measurement like Radar Cross Section measurement.
