Based on the characteristic topology analysis, this paper presents a fast method to fast determine model parameter. Abstract
Due to the complexity of war and the variability of operational requirements, the parameters of any mathematical model to study warfare need to be adjusted according to the actual situation of war. Operational capability index model is an effective formula to evaluate the capability of combat system, and the current parameter calculation method of this model has a high time complexity.
