Flexible Grouping: Ways to Improve Students’ Reading Skill and Impact Reading Volume

Abstract

Author, teacher, and coach, Laura Robb has taught grades 5 to 8 for more than 40 years. She coaches elementary, middle, and high school teachers. Her more than 40 books on literacy include bestsellers Teaching Reading in Middle School (Scholastic) and Read, Talk, Write (Corwin). Her latest book, Increase Reading Volume: Practical Strategies That Boost Students’ Achievement and Passion for Reading, was published by NCTE and released in 2022.
