Abstract

Menopause starts around the age of 50 years and is characterized by at least months of amenorrhea. While it is an inevitable section of each woman's life, about three out of each four women experience complaints in the course of menopause. The most frequent menopausal symptoms encompass hot flashes, nighttime sweat, fatigue, pain, diminished libido, and mood changes.
