A EXPERIÊNCIA DO GRUPO EDUCAÇÃO POSTURAL E BEM-ESTAR NA REDE FEMININA DE COMBATE AO CÂNCER DE BLUMENAU (SC): PARA CUIDAR MELHOR DE SI, DO OUTRO E DA NATUREZA

Abstract

The Postural Education and Welfare Group is an Extension Project of the Regional University of Blumenau. Its purpose is to contribute to the promotion of the health and well-being of women in the Blumenau / SC Women's Cancer Network. It is a health education with a practice of groups and workshops. This project has as main area the axis Health and sub-areas: Women's Health and Worker's Health. In relation to the Sustainable Development Goals, the relationship with ODS 3 Good Health and Well-being and, indirectly, with others, to be seen as a health promotion and quality of life is related to the various dimensions of sustainable development. Participating women are more likely to relate to activities of daily living, body awareness, and lack of care for the environment.
