Abstract

In order to eliminate hidden network risks and curb confidentiality violations in a timely closed loop,enterprises deploy a network sensitive information monitoring system for sensitive information monitoring of office terminals of key personnel. 基于RPA的企业敏感信息监控系统的设计与实现
为了消除网络隐患,及时闭环遏制保密违规行为,企业部署了网络敏感信息监控系统,对关键人员办公终端的敏感信息进行监控。随着网络敏感信息监管的粒度越来越精细,监控覆盖范围越来越广泛,对监控预警及时性的要求越来越高,传统的防范手段难以满足对敏感信息进行自查和自卫的需要。本文提出了基于RPA数字技术的企业敏感信息系统的设计与部署方案,实现了7*24小时敏感数据监控值班,弥补和突破了“发现难”的短板,保证了企业办公终端监控的全覆盖,打通了敏感信息的在线监管链,有效促进了信息监管能力的提升。
