Abstract

Single crown rehabilitation cases in anterior teeth represent a considerable challenge, not only for dentists but also for prosthesis laboratories. This case report aims to present a treatment option for a patient whose chief complaint was mobility on tooth #21, as the intraradicular metallic core was loose. In which it was decided to reuse the existing metalceramic crown, considering the excellent aesthetics and adaptation. A fiberglass post with a composite anatomical core was done to re-establish the structure of an upper central incisor in a less costly manner and without the need for laboratory steps.
