Abstract

Using literature search, expert consulting, questionnaire, group focus, and qualitative analysis, this study explores the status of organizational innovation and innovation culture within the domestic as well as the global context. The study indicates that innovation culture has great implication in scientific organizations in terms of facilitating the process of organizational innovation.
