The study indicates that innovation culture has great implication in scientific organizations in terms of facilitating the process of organizational innovation. The study identifies several core factors of innovation culture in scientific organizations, namely, the organizational innovation value, the climate of organization innovation, the transformational leadership, and the innovative characters of researchers.
