Abstract

Present paper is an attempt to evaluate the status of human power management and impact of human power it. Proper human resource management is mandatory for Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation because all works here is accomplished with the help of man power. Success of any enterprise depends upon appropriate management of power of its Human Resource.
