Through empirical research, it is found that: (1) the influence of young teachers' work arrangements on the balance of work and life has a significant impact, and some are established. (2) The interference effect of the age, gender and marital status of young teachers in universities on the work arrangement and work-life balance is partially established in terms of the interference effect between age and gender. Abstract

There is a large proportion for young university administrators working in the faculty, in the face of the choice of university work and life; the demands of the new generation of university administrators are different from those of other groups. 高校青年行政教师的工作安排与工作生活平衡研究
