University/industry relationships at San Jose State University to produce industry's ideal new hire

Abstract

In this paper, we describe the ideal traits of a new hire in the IC field and the various university/industry relationships that we use to educate our students. We describe briefly a sequence of courses used to give students practical design experience on campus.
