Abstract

Monetary regulators still face problems that often require multidirectional approaches, which complicates the prospects for further world economic development. In Russia, which is under large-scale multilateral sanctions, and the pressure of which will increase even more, the issues of economic transformation, which requires increasing funding are becoming more acute. In such conditions, it is necessary to expand approaches that would make it possible to increase government spending. This problem requires a broader and multilateral discussion in the expert community.
