At the same time, an improved scheduling scheme and its evaluation method are proposed, which collects the mainstream intelligent scheduling algorithm and makes use of the logic evaluation method to make the decision, which effectively solves the problem that the single algorithm is difficult to solve the large quantity and complicated customization scheduling problem. Finally, the scheme is applied to a processing lines, and the design and development of the system is completed. Abstract

Industrial customization MES (manufacturing execution system) has become an important part of industrial 4.0 and China-made 2025 background. However, in the process of customization production, because of the large and complex demand information, a single scheduling algorithm obviously cannot meet the requirements and the production efficiency cannot reach the satisfaction level. 基于RFID的改进调度定制MES的研究与实现
工业定制MES(制造执行系统)已成为工业4.0和中国制造2025背景下的重要组成部分。然而,在定制生产过程中,由于需求信息庞大而复杂,单一的调度算法显然无法满足需求,生产效率无法达到令人满意的水平。为了实现定制化生产和有效调度,本文分析设计了基于RFID射频识别技术的MES系统。首先,提出了RFID标签数据结构作为信息载体的生产指导和反馈,在PLC的协同下实现定制生产。同时,提出了一种改进的调度方案及其评价方法,该方案收集了主流的智能调度算法,利用逻辑评价方法进行决策,有效地解决了单一算法难以解决大批量复杂定制调度问题的问题。最后,将该方案应用于某加工生产线,完成了系统的设计与开发。同时指出改进后的调度方案能够促进调度算法的实践,具有一定的现实意义和研究意义。
