Multiplicative aggregation for ERP upgrade decision making

Abstract

This paper introduces an alternative multiplicative performance measure for the aggregation of different criteria estimates for decision making. The application to a decision problem of upgrading enterprise resource planning (ERP) system is considered for illustration.
