Abstract

Factors of “the first nature” predetermined agrarian direction of Orel region. The supply of land is an important resource of strategic development of the region. The expediency of differentiated approach to the formation of the rent rate for the use of the land in Orel region, and the plots state ownership of which is not differentiated is substantiated taking into account the level of busi-ness activity of each municipal union.
