Abstract

The Component Object Model (COM) represents a binary interface standard that allows developers to build specialized software components that interface in a common way with other software components. After being compiled, these components are integrated into an application and can interoperate with each other in a reliable, controlled manner. Can the components be integrated into an application and interoperate without recompiled?
