Abstract

Fabrication of various microfiber structures such as loop, knot, mach-zenhder interferometer and coil resonators have been successfully demonstrated using a flame brushing technique. A compact inline microfiber Mach-Zehnder interferometer (MMZI) is also demonstrated for high temperature sensing.
