In order to make the measurement of this study effective and feasible, the reliability and validity of the scale were analyzed by SPSS software. The reliability was mainly measured by Cronbach's alpha coefficient, and the validity was tested by KMO (Kaiser Meyer Olkin) test and Bartlett's spherical test. Abstract

In China, engineering project management has experienced three different stages, and gradually explores the management mode in line with the national standards. 基于SPSS的国有企业员工滥用管理感知对工作绩效影响机制研究
在中国,工程项目管理经历了三个不同的阶段,并逐步探索出符合国家标准的管理模式。近年来,在管理模式的研究中,研究者关注的是管理者行为的变化——从传统的积极领导行为逐渐向消极领导行为转变。因此,本研究以国有企业项目管理中的员工为研究对象,研究对象主要集中在陕西地区。本研究旨在探讨虐待管理对员工工作绩效的影响,并探讨员工对虐待管理感知的中介作用。本文在李克特五水平测量法的基础上,建立了封闭项目测量量表进行具体分析。为了使本研究测量的有效性和可行性,采用SPSS软件对量表进行信度和效度分析。信度主要采用Cronbach’s alpha系数,效度采用KMO (Kaiser Meyer Olkin)检验和Bartlett’s球形检验。最后通过相关检验和回归分析来判断是否能够达到统计显著性。
