The last decade has been marked by the widespread use of cloud computing, innovations in the field of information and communication technologies that have allowed the exchange of data among people, businesses and devices. The International Labor Organization (ILO) has prepared a report aimed at deepening our understanding of how digital labor platforms are transforming the world of work and what consequences this will bring to employers and employees around the world.
