The results showed that there was no significant difference in ISA between high and low performance groups, there was a low positive correlation between safety performance and ISA, and the correlation coefficient was 0.423; However there were significant differences in MA, team process and task process between high and low performance groups, there were a moderate positive correlation between safety performance and these 3 indicators, and the correlation coefficient were 0.695, 0.753 and 0.739 respectively. Taking communication and information integrity as independent variables, and those 4 indicators as dependent variables, two-factor analysis of variance was conducted. The results showed that the main effects of communication and information integrity were significant, the interaction between them was not significant. Abstract
