EDUKASI PENATALAKSANAAN NON FARMAKOLOGI KOMPLIKASI PASCA ANESTESI MELALUI BUKU SAKU BERBASIS ANDROID

Abstract

Anestesi merupakan salah satu cara untuk menghilangkan rasa sakit pada saat pembedahan. Anestesi dibagi menjadi 2 yaitu anestesi umum dan anestesi regional. Beberapa komplikasi dapat dialami oleh pasien pada pasca anestesi umum. Penatalaksanaan non farmakologi dapat diberikan pada pasien secara mandiri oleh keluarga yang mendampingi selama perawatan pasca anestesi. Pendidikan kesehatan pre operatif dapat membantu pasien dan keluarga mengidentifikasi kekhawatiran yang dirasakan. Media buku saku berbasis android merupakan salah satu media yang digunakan untuk memudahkan pasien menerima informasi yang diberikan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh edukasi penatalaksanaan non farmakologi komplikasi pasca anestesi melalui buku saku berbasis android terhadap pengetahuan pasien. Jenis desain yang digunakan adalah quasi experiment dengan one group pre test and post test. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sejumlah 30 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan accidental sampling. Metode pengumpulan data dengan mengadopsi kuesioner Setiowati (2020). Data dianalisis menggunakan uji Wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian ini 30 responden yang diberikan edukasi menggunakan buku saku android, seluruhnya mengalami peningkatan pengetahuan dengan kategori baik (100%). Hasil uji statistik wilcoxon signed rank test diperoleh p = 0,000. Kesimpulannya terdapat pengaruh edukasi penatalaksanaan non farmakologi komplikasi pasca anestesi terhadap pengetahuan pasien dengan anestesi umum di RSU PKU Muhammadiyah Bantul. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of education on non-pharmacological management of post-anesthesia complications through an Android-based pocket book on patient knowledge. The type of design used is a quasi-experiment with one group pre test and post test. The number of samples used was 30 respondents with the sampling technique using accidental sampling. The data collection method adopted the Setiowati questionnaire (2020). Data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon test. The results of this study were 30 respondents who were given education using an android pocket book, all of whom experienced an increase in knowledge in the good category (100%). The results of the Wilcoxon signed rank test statistical test obtained p = 0.000. In conclusion, there is an effect of education on non-pharmacological management of post-anesthesia complications on the knowledge of patients with general anesthesia at PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital, Bantul.
