But, offshore wind farms are difficult construction, with high requirements in the quality and reliability of wind power units, and rigorous requirements towards oppugning atrocious weather on the sea such as typhoons. Therefore, to develop offshore wind power healthily, rapidly, and in order, besides deeply studying and analyzing complicated wind resource and environmental conditions on the sea, the forceful technology support is indispensable.
