THE IMPACT OF HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTION ON THE PROCESS OF FORMING THE IDENTITY OF MIGRANTS FROM CENTRAL ASIA

Abstract

The author actualizes the role of higher education institution in the process of forming a new identity of migrants from Central Asia studying at Far Eastern universities. It is depicted that in the near future Far Eastern higher education institutions will expect the growth in this kind of contingent. Major ways of higher education institution’s impact in the three directions are denoted in the article, as well as academic activity, extracurricular communications and surroundings’ influence.
